Sibford School has been a long term valued
client for HMB for years and once again HMB were
able to provide the school with full quantity
surveying and CDM coordinating services. The
changing room facility will provide the the
school with shower and changing areas for
various sporting activities. HMB's roles on this
project include:
- Initial Budget estimates during the planning
stages
- Raising any
issues with health and safety, buildability and
the long term
maintenance of the building during the design
phase
- Notifying
the HSE of the construction work with the
completion of an F10 form
- Producing full Bills of Quantities
- Producing the tender documents and form of
tender
- Valuations
of the work completed for payment of interim
certificates

Variation estimates and cost reports
- Ensuring all operators and users manuals have
been properly completed
by the contractor
