BUPA Offices, Staines
HMB were delighted to be appointed Quantity
Surveyors for the reorganisation of BUPA's Staines operation.
The projects were carried out over two years and included the fitout of over 7,000m2 of office area, including meeting rooms, kitchen, canteen and gym. Throughout the programme the existing staff were accommodated and the buildings functions were maintained.
Boarding Houses, Malvern College
HMB
were appointed Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinators
on a £7.5m scheme to build two new boarding houses.The new boarding houses consisted of house masters accommodation, male and female accommodation, common rooms, dining rooms, and a full kitchen. Through collaborative working the relationship between the design team, client and contractor ensured the project was completed on time and within budget.
Refurbishment, Private Dwelling
This
grade II listed Cotswold Manor House and associated outbuildings
were sympathetically refurbished.The design ensured that the original character of the building was retained whilst embracing the the needs of modern day living. The project included the replacement of existing slate roofs, reinforcement and part reconstruction of the roof structure. Externally the project included stables, pool house, lawns and paved areas.
Peugeot Dealerships, Nationwide
HMB
have been appointed by Peugeot to provide Quantity
Surveying services in connection with their blue box
programme.
HMB works closely with Peugeot's panel Architects to provide accurate cost advice, tender documentation and post contract cost control for projects throughout the UK. Since their appointment in 2008, HMB have provided over 50 dealerships with cost planning advice allowing them to implement Peugeot's unique Corporate Identity to their existing buildings or new developments.
